Mutual agreement

If we vibe, we’ll align expectations. No contract needed. But if you need an NDA or something to sign, I can do it. Easy!

Client Setup

One-time fee of 200€ covers ​your onboarding: understanding your brand, and prepping my system. Got a brand guide? Even better. If not, I’ll work with what you’ve got.

Client Portal

For my on-demand design service, which is based on hourly and daily rates, you can enjoy the flexibility of unlimited revisions, similar to what you'd expect from in-house designers. Through the client portal, you can easily track my time on the actual design work, meetings, and any time devoted to revisions, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our future collaboration.

At month's end, you'll receive an invoice for the hours worked. Monitor time logs anytime in the client portal.

If you opted for design credits, currently the automatic budget cap feature is not available in the portal. I will manage manually and track the spent hours. I will then notify you if your credit almost runs out.

How we collaborate

Communication

I'm flexible with communication channels. Whether you prefer Slack, email, WhatsApp, or a call, I’m reachable. Typically, I respond fastest on Slack and email. If you prefer another method, just let me know. When you send a request, I'll get back to you as soon as possible with an estimated timeline.

If you haven't heard back from me within 6 hours, feel free to send a follow-up, sometimes messages get buried. Rest assured, when I’m not actively engaged with another client, my response time is swift.

Availability

I operate on-demand, so my hours are flexible. I’m generally active on most weekdays and often available on weekends when booked in advance. While I typically take Mondays off, I can rearrange my schedule if you need me, just give me a heads-up.

You can also reserve time on my calendar to ensure we align with your team's schedule. This way, we can collaborate in real-time if needed. Calendar bookings are exclusive to registered clients. Use [this link] to check my availability and book a slot.

How to request design

You don’t need to overthink it. Whether you send me an email, add me to your project management tool, or drop a quick message—I'll take it from there. I don’t require a long-ass brief. In fact, a ten-minute call is often more useful than a 3-page document (unless it's a background information document as part of a big initiative). Just don't spend your precious time writing a brief for me. The most important thing is clarity.

I encourage clients to focus less on the idea and more on the goal. What are we solving? Where does this design live? Who are we speaking to? To keep things flowing, I recommend setting up a weekly check-in or grooming session; a space to feed me the latest insights, align expectations, and help me anticipate upcoming work. If you’re more comfortable with a structured brief, I’ve put together a simple reference guide to help frame your request. There’s no such thing as a “perfect” brief, but this will help you avoid back-and-forth and get results faster.

Revision

You’re paying me hourly, so yes, revisions are unlimited. I’ll work with you until you're genuinely happy with the result. That said, endless rounds of back-and-forth aren't fun for anyone, especially when five different people jump in with five different opinions😅If we’re working with multiple stakeholders, I highly recommend doing an internal review first. Align your feedback, get buy-in from the team, and send me the consolidated notes. It'll save us both time, energy, and... let’s be honest: money.

Of course, I’ll gladly work through every round of feedback, even when it’s coming from five different directions. Just remember, if your team sends revisions one by one, and the invoice ends up sounding like a Taylor Swift concert… but your budget’s more Taylor Sheesh: "Don't say I didn't, say I didn't warn ya..."

Urgent task

I may not be exclusive to you... but book me, and I’m yours!
I get it that everything feels urgent when you’re moving fast. Since I offer on-demand design service, ​urgent is practically my love language for my clients. But remember, I work with multiple clients, and I respect all of their timelines including yours.

If you want guaranteed priority, just book my time in advance. This way, your task gets my full focus without disrupting my flow with other clients. You can even use your reserved slot to sync with your team and get things done in real time.

I’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but a heads-up goes a long way. Let me know as soon as you can, and I’ll see what’s possible.

Invoicing

If you’ve had design spend during the month, you’ll receive an invoice either at the end or the beginning of the following month. If there’s no spend, there’s no invoice, simple as that. All invoices are sent via email through my billing system, including reminders. You can also access them anytime through the client portal.

Payments are due within 7 working days. Timely payments keep this design engine running. Otherwise, I’ll be surviving on instant ramen and designer tears. For invoices starting from 3,000€, I also offer the convenience of paying via Stripe.

Many teams jump into “Let’s spread love!” and become busy thinking about what visual would match the idea without grounding the work in what actually drives the business.
