I’m Fin — Indonesian-born, Berlin-based, and startup-raised. I’m a visual designer who thinks like a business owner: because I am one. After over a decade working with startups from Jakarta to Berlin, I’ve seen where time and money go to die: aesthetic obsession, endless feedback loops, and unclear goals disguised as “big ideas.” Been there. Burned out. Learned the hard way.
believe everyone is creative, but that creativity often sacrifices business growth. That’s why I preach creative problem solving that is rooted in what actually matters: business growth, clarity, speed, and outcomes. I have offered on-demand design service since 2021, back then even with my full–time job. I wanted to test the business model, and I firmly believe this is the future of collaboration. And ta da…this on-demand design service is my most profitable business venture.
I want to support startups that are scaling and need someone who understands the chaos, the stakes, and the language of business without the need to hire a full–time designer. Honestly, I hate that hiring and firing culture. It’s toxic and inhumane. With my on-demand design service, you get the design service you need whenever you need, but without a full–time commitment. As for me, I get all the flexibility and learning possibilities from working with various clients in different industries. It’s a win–win. You get a design partner who can challenge your ideas, refine your direction, and execute design with the speed of light but not clinging to be hired full–time.
Beyond design and startup clients, I worked in the field of public relations and social media management, serving nonprofits and global institutions from Goethe-Institut to USAID and IRI. In Berlin, I held full-time roles at Helpling and Tourlane, while also working with startup clients like GoPuls, felmo, Bloom, and more. My experience spans fast-paced tech teams—from food and health startups to legal tech and mission-driven organizations, giving me a wide lens on how design can serve real impact.
I studied design in Jakarta and technically went to business school in Germany. But let’s be real, most of what I know about business came from failing, not from school.

Kraftfinity Berlin On-demand Design Service & Creative shop is the umbrella for everything I build, run, and pour my energy into. My main venture is on-demand design service, operating under Fin Hodir, Designmergency, and The Slay Design Company—each tailored to different needs, from fast-moving startups to small businesses growing their digital presence.
And it doesn’t stop there. I also run multiple no-face TikTok and YouTube channels, diving into content around consciousness, design thinking, and self-growth. They're not monetized yet, but they’re part of my long game, and honestly, my joy. I've also published a low-content manifestation planner and journal and released a Lo-Fi Affirmation album on Spotify.
