Under the supervision of the CDO, I led the production of the very first Tourlane magazine. One of my key responsibilities was managing external resources (Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Content Writer) and ensuring all assets were delivered on time. This project was designed as an inspirational gift for our existing customers during the holiday season as part of the CRM initiative. Despite the time constraints, we completed this project within seven weeks, from ideation to production.

This project contributed to over 900K€ in booking value with a 2.8% conversion rate.
