Printable Itinerary

Core teams: Sebastian Rühl (Supervisor), Sarah Baus (Product Manager), Szumiao Chen (UX Designer), Octafiandri Hodir (Visual Designer)

Recognizing the pivotal role the travel document played in enhancing our customers' experience, Tourlane embarked on a journey to innovate its trip visualization. We transformed it into an easy-to-use, printable format, streamlining the process for a faster, error-free generation of our customers' travel documents. The printable itinerary is a key component of Tourlane's extensive travel document. However, at the time of this initiative, certain elements within the travel document could not be automated due to the complex nature of our product.

This user-centric initiative went through several teams before it was assigned to me due to my unique visual (UI) design and print expertise.

Throughout the project, I worked closely with a UX designer, a product manager, and a developer to ensure that every decision was rooted in optimizing the user experience.

Our existing UI components need to be adapted to meet print requirements both for standard A4 paper as well as for Letter size (US Market)

The travel document cover cannot be automated due to print requirement
